Materials
UV-stable, weather-resistant and dimensionally stable. Built for outdoor and automotive applications where PLA and PETG fail.
Carbon-fibre reinforced ASA at 8% loading. Higher stiffness, improved thermal resistance, reduced warp on large parts, and a matte finish that hides layer lines.

Additive Lab is an advanced manufacturing studio built on a simple idea: additive manufacturing earns its place when the part is genuinely better, not merely faster to make.
We deliberately run a narrow material range and know it thoroughly, rather than carrying a broad catalogue we understand only in passing. Dialled-in profiles, controlled process settings and consistent stock mean the part you approve is the part you receive — on the tenth run as much as the first.
